… Farm Fun in Lorraine
“The family of rustic glamping sites known as Feather Down farm
(or its French name, Un Lit au Pré — a bed in a meadow) has a new
site in the eastern region of Lorraine.
At Le Domaine du Cloître Saint-Christophe, you will be sleeping in
a spacious, well-equipped tent warmed by a wood-burning stove.
The site in a medieval monastery dating from 707, at the heart of
a forest close to the River Meuse. The Dutch hosts, Savine and
Pieter Priester, run a stud farm and breed beautiful Friesian
horses that you can ride”.
